We use services from providers that may process data outside the European Union. If these services are active, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries without a level of data protection equivalent to the EU. In particular, public authorities in such countries may be able to access personal data, and legal remedies may be limited. Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke a consent already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The right to lodge a complaint is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

Information, Correction and Deletion

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, the right to correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time with regard to these and other questions on the subject of personal data.

Right to Restrict Processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. To do so, you can contact us at any time. The right to restrict processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the examination, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data was or is being carried out unlawfully, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
  • If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may, apart from its storage, only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a member state.

You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the padlock symbol in your browser bar.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Objection to Promotional Emails

The use of contact details published in connection with the obligation to provide legal notice for the purpose of sending advertising and information material not expressly requested is hereby objected to. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as by spam emails.

4. Data Collection on this Website

Cookies

Our website uses so-called "cookies". Cookies are small data packages and do not cause any damage to your device. They are either stored temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (persistent cookies) on your device. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Persistent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or until your web browser automatically deletes them.

Cookies can come from us (first-party cookies) or from third-party companies (third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable the integration of certain services of third-party companies within websites (e.g. cookies for processing payment services).

Cookies have various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary as certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. the shopping cart function or the display of videos). Other cookies can be used to evaluate user behaviour or for advertising purposes.

Cookies that are necessary for the implementation of the electronic communication process, for the provision of certain functions that you have requested (e.g. for the shopping cart function) or for the optimisation of the website (e.g. cookies to measure web audiences) are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, unless another legal basis is stated. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing necessary cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. If consent to the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies has been requested, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TTDSG); consent is revocable at any time.

You can set your browser to inform you about the placement of cookies and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. When cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

You can find out which cookies and services are used on this website in this privacy policy.

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads

This website uses Google Tag Manager, subject to your consent, for the technical integration of Google Analytics and Google Ads. To the best of our knowledge, Google Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles or set its own cookies, but solely serves to deliver the named services.

Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our website. In particular, page views, dwell time, devices used, origin of the visit and interactions on the website can be evaluated. We use Google Ads to measure the performance of our advertising measures and to understand whether users reached our website via ads and performed certain actions there.

These services are provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data transfers to Google LLC in the USA cannot be excluded in this context.

The use of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads is carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TTDSG. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future via the Cookie Settings at the bottom of the page.

For more information on Google's data processing, please visit https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website, for which the server log files must be collected.

Contact Form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested; consent is revocable at any time.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.

Enquiry by Email, Telephone or Fax

If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your enquiry, including all personal data arising from it (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request.

The data you send us via contact requests will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been fully processed).
