What exactly is included in the 50 € per month?
Ongoing personal care of your individually designed website: small content and layout changes such as new opening hours, prices, team photos or news, advice on design and visibility, and security updates. The technical operation in Germany with SSL, backups and monitoring is included. Larger changes are billed by the hour after your approval.
Why is there a setup fee for a new website?
If you already have a website, we can build on your existing texts and images, so there is no setup fee. Without an existing website we create concept, design and texts from scratch. The one-time fee of 499 € covers part of that extra effort.
Which package is right for me?
If you already have a website with useful texts and images that simply looks outdated or works badly, the Website Refresh is usually enough. If you have no website yet or want new content and a new structure, choose the New Website. Not sure? We will tell you honestly in the free consultation.
Is there a minimum term? How do I cancel?
There is no minimum term and you can cancel monthly. If you cancel without acquiring the usage rights, your right to use design and code ends with the care plan and the website goes offline. Your domain and the texts and images you provided remain yours.
How long does it take until my website is online?
A Website Refresh is usually live within a few days, a New Website within a few weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly we receive your feedback and content.
Do I have to write the texts and provide photos myself?
No. In the New Website package we write the texts for you based on a short interview. Your own photos work best, but we can also use suitable licensed stock images.
Can I keep my existing domain and email addresses?
Yes. We take over your existing domain or register a new one for you and make sure your email keeps working during the move.
What rights do I have to my website?
Your domain and the content you provide always belong to your business. Design and source code are our individual creative work. While your care plan runs, you have a simple usage right to use them for your business. This right ends with the care plan. If you want to continue the website elsewhere, for example with another agency, you can acquire permanent, exclusive usage rights for a one-time 2,499 €. They remain valid after the care plan ends, and you receive the complete source code and all files.
Do you also help with Google Ads and social media?
Yes. We set up and optimise Google Ads campaigns, your Google Business Profile and social media channels, and measure the results. This work is billed by the hour so you only pay for what you actually need.
